We all need to carve out some time to rest and restore. However, it can be challenging to commit to a specific time every week.

These 30 minute drop-in sessions are restful, relaxing and restorative evening classes created to provide a calming space to let go of the busyness and stresses of daily life. The guided mindfulness meditation practices will enable you to begin to connect more with your body and breath, allowing the mind to settle whilst improving clarity and focus.
